The story of Mello'D'

Mello'D' formed in 2002 quite by accident when six friends were invited to sing on St. David's Day at a local golf club. The ladies agreed to sing and arranged their programme - which was all in Welsh. The response was overwhelming with compliments and request for future engagements. They decided to officially form a vocal group, adapt their repertoire and have gone from strength to strength ever since. Mello'D' have a diverse repertoire which includes songs from the shows, pop ballads, sacred items and folk songs. They are always learning new repertoire and enjoy learning new arrangements.

They have since established themselves as a firm favourite with audiences, clubs, choirs and residential homes. Collaborations with male voice choirs has enabled them to perform at many prestigious venues. Mello'D' have undertaken several tours to locations including Cornwall and Germany. They enjoy performing at concerts, charitable events, weddings, Remembrance Day events and any occasion that gives them the opportunity to sing in public.
